Girl has won ‘Best film from French-speaking territories‘ at the Lumières Awards which were held in Paris on February 4th, 2019.
The Lumières Award (French: Prix Lumières) is a French film award presented by the Académie des Lumières to honor the best in the French-speaking cinema of the previous year.
Girl has also been nominated for ‘Best Foreign Film‘ at the César Awards which will be held in Paris on February 22th, 2019.
The César Award is the highest film honor in France, and was first awarded in 1976.
